This is what happens when your UPS Overcharges the batteries.
Indications:
1) The battery Dries up faster
2) The time of the running UPS during load shedding decreases
3) While Refilling you can see little bubbles as if the water is boiling.
Seeing all this i called the electrician and while examining it... this shit happened.
I wasnt in the kitchen(where its installed) during the explosion but it was enough to move the whole floor
both the electricians survived it surprisingly but the one standing close to it got acid water in his eye
which was not a big problem...minor redness. But seeing the pieces that came off the batteries they could have easily injured anyone.
